By joining the LLR Panel (L&L Resourcing limited “the company” panel, also known as HC - The Health Community), panellists agree to our Panel Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement, both present in this website.
You also understand and agree that the services are provided "as it is" and that Company assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
1. Joining the HC Health Community Panel. In order to join the panel, you must be a fully qualified healthcare professional and you must provide such information during the registration process. We reserve the rights to refuse registration or cancel a membership at our discretion.
2. Your details. By submitting your details to us, you are granting LLR, its perpetual, royalty-free right to use the details in connection with all aspects of the operation and promotions of the company.
3. Panellists Validation. We reserve the rights to validate our panellists via internal processes or through third party suppliers. Those that do not meet our internal validation criteria will be removed from HC - The Heath Community Panel.
4. Screening process. In order to qualify for the main survey, panellists are required to pass some initial screening questions. We do not hold any responsibility of the length of the screener as well as its difficulty. Unless mentioned in the invitation, panellists will not be remunerated for the answers provided during the screening process.
5. Data quality. Entries that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission. You must take sufficient time to answer the questions and you must complete only surveys in the country you are currently practicing. We reserve the rights not to pay those surveys where the data provided has been highlighted as unattainable or insufficient by our clients. We will not accept multiple attempts to complete a survey or multiple attempts to join the panel. If multiple online survey completion attempts are received from the same e-mail address or person, only the first entry received will qualify; all additional entries will be disregarded.
6. Membership Acceptance. By agreeing to receive paid market research studies or by completing the registration form in our website, you agree to receive surveys from LLR Panel (also known as The HC - The Health Community).
7. Remuneration. In order to claim your honoraria, the panellist must complete the full length of the questionnaire, included the honoraria claim form at the end of the survey. Each study has unique topics, timeline and honoraria amounts; these depend on the study, market and the specialty. We strive to pay panellists within 10 weeks; however honoraria payments could take considerably longer. Terms of the remunaratons are listed in the survey invitation.
8. Panel Service. Our panel service team is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 GMT, excluded public holidays. We usually reply to queries within 24 hours, however depending on the query, answers might take longer. For any query you can contact Paola Ferracini on ferracini.p@llresourcing.com
